With over 21 years of qualitative experience managing operations that included marketing and sales, general administration, event management, employee welfare and more, she knows the trade like the back of her hand. Between 2002 and now, she has worked with the biggest names in the hospitality industry and has garnered a meaningful understanding of everything that goes into keeping the customer happy and keeping the business profitable. What sets Kamaljit apart is her eye for detail. Her planning is watertight and there is no stone left unturned when she is handling any event or task. She is also known for her impeccable convincing power and ability to develop great professional relationships. Her abundant creativity also helps her think outside the box when it is necessary. Having worked for over a 25 years , Surinder has an arsenal of ideas that can make any venture click. From product management to developing new businesses and from building strong and efficient business strategies to getting those strategies executed is where he found his calling.A multifaceted personality, business acumen is just one aspect of his versatile character. He is an enthusiastic photographer and a tennis player with a well-cultured taste in scotch. In addition to that, he loves to travel for leisure and has also had to travel across the world for work which has readied his palate to global food and made him a connoisseur of food. Married to a hospitality queen, Surinder, along with his wife, makes the core group of Pune Food Factory's founders. With his skills, spirit of exploration and a good taste in food, he paves the way for Pune Food Factory's success.
